In New Orleans, a city with a solid French heritage, residents often welcome guests to their home by saying, “Bienvenue à la Maison” or simply “Bienvenue,” which means “welcome to our home” (or “welcome”). At the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, guests are welcomed to the facility with the same warm hospitality you’d receive at a relative’s home.
Our Guest Service Ambassadors (GSAs) serve as liaisons between the facility and its guests. Stationed throughout the Convention Center lobby, the GSAs’ demonstrate “Southern Hospitality” by greeting visitors upon arrival and directing them to their destination in the sprawling 3.1 million square foot facility. The GSAs are equipped with internet-connected tablets and are ready to provide guests with directions or information on local restaurants and attractions.
As part of the Center’s Public Safety Department, GSAs are trained to provide a welcoming and secure environment for attendees and are prepared to respond to emergencies. GSAs can be identified by their distinctive purple jackets. Feel free to seek out a GSA if you have any questions about getting around our facility.

Located in Lobby F, The UPS Store is both a self-service and full-service operation, depending on the customer’s needs. Hours are tailored to meet the needs of convention managers and attendees. A wide range of supplies and services including shipping, high volume copying, faxing, badge chains, etc., are available.

New at the Convention Center: Dutch’s Corner, an in-house convenience store stationed next to the UPS Store in Lobby E. Dutch’s Corner sells items such as phone chargers, cables, and first aid supplies, as well as New Orleans-themed souvenirs. Named for Mayor Ernest N. “Dutch” Morial, Dutch’s Corner is yet another way that NOENMCC meets the diverse needs of convention attendees while offering a taste of the unique culture that defines New Orleans.
On The Town Concierge DeskOn The Town Concierge has proudly served every major event at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center since its opening in 1985, welcoming over 1 million visitors annually. As the full-time, on-site restaurant, tour, and attraction reservation service at the Convention Center, we have become an integral part of event planning and a favorite among attendees. In addition to New Orleans, On The Town provides Louisiana tourism information through brochures and videos about the entire state, compliments of the Louisiana Office of Tourism.

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center partners with Sodexo Live to provide the essence of the New Orleans food experience, operating three on-site restaurants featuring live local music and menus of iconic Louisiana dishes by award-winning chef Donald Link, chef/owner of Herbsaint, Cochon, and Cochon Butcher.
The Convention Center even offers a bar modeled after an iconic New Orleans streetcar, plus a variety of concession stands in the exhibit halls. Note: Hours May Vary.
