Once an event begins, we will thoroughly sanitize the furniture surfaces of each meeting room daily, including tabletops, chair rails, and door handles. Should the Convention Center Production Services Department be contracted to provide equipment, these objects (i.e., microphones, lecterns, laser pointers, etc.) will be sanitized daily.
