Can the Event Organizer contract additional space to adhere to social distancing requirements?

Currently, there are no social distancing requirements in place; however, social distancing is recommended per CDC guidelines. If additional space is requested to provide social distancing, the Event Organizer will need to contact their Sales Manager. The Convention Center sales team will work with you closely to accommodate your additional space requests.
