The Convention Center continues to work with New Orleans Emergency Medical Services (NOEMS) during every event. The Event Manager will coordinate with the Event Organizer to explain sanitation protocols for the NOEMS. The medical offices are equipped with necessary supplies to facilitate hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette (i.e., coughing, or sneezing infection prevention) and bio-hazard disposal.

Should a guest present a fever or other concerning symptoms, NOEMS will provide the patient with a face covering, the patient will be isolated and will be referred to a healthcare facility or provider for evaluation. The Event Manager will update the Event Organizer on all incidents.
