The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is delighted to announce the addition of Katherine Espinal, a new Spanish-speaking employee at the full-service UPS store in Lobby F of the Convention Center. This addition aims to better serve the local Hispanic and Spanish-speaking community, providing an enhanced and inclusive experience for Convention Center guests and local UPS store customers.
Espinal, a native Spanish speaker, brings a wealth of experience in customer service to her role along with a strong commitment to bridging language barriers. She will ensure that the diverse needs of the Convention Center’s visitors are met with efficiency and understanding.
“As a convention center that also directly serves our local community through our in-house UPS store, we are excited to welcome Katherine to our team,” said Michael J. Sawaya, Convention Center President. “Her ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will significantly enrich our interactions with the Hispanic community, making their experiences more comfortable and enjoyable while visiting our facility.”
The UPS Store at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is a full-service shop that offers professional shipping and receiving services, as well as printing, faxing, scanning, and document shredding services. Guests to the UPS store can purchase office supplies, send packages locally, nationally, or internationally, and print documents, business cards, brochures, and other items.
