The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC) has been named a 2026 National Top Workplaces USA award winner by Energage, marking the third time the organization has received this national distinction. The Convention Center has also been recognized nine times with the regional Top Workplaces award, reflecting a sustained commitment to workplace excellence. The honor underscores the Convention Center’s continued focus on fostering a people-centered workplace culture that supports employee growth, collaboration and organizational performance.
The Top Workplaces USA Awards recognize organizations across the country that prioritize employee engagement and workplace excellence. Winners are determined solely by feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, which measures key drivers such as alignment, execution, connection and overall workplace experience.
