We would like to congratulate our Ancillary Sales Services Manager, Kayla Aucoin-LeBeouf, on receiving her Digital Event Strategist Certification from the Professional Convention Management Association (PMCA), the largest network of business event strategists. Kayla received this honor from PMCA’s Digital Experience Institute after passing a rigorous exam where she demonstrated her deep knowledge of budding technologies used to conduct digital events.

This certification means that Kayla has proven experience in digital and hybrid events, and is prepared to assist the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center enhance its offerings in this ever-growing section of the events and conventions industry.
