Dining
Whether you need boxed lunches for ten or Crawfish Etouffe for 10,000, ARAMARK, the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center’s exclusive food service provider, can turn out quality results for any size meeting.

The Convention Center offers a wide range of food and beverage options, from the attractive 400-seat Atrium restaurant to the breathtakingly elegant Ma Maison private dining suite for exclusive gourmet dining and receptions.

For attendees’ convenience, the Convention Center offers retail cafes in the lobbies and a variety of concession stands in the exhibit halls.

The 200-seat Lagniappe Food Court in Lobby G showcases Grille Works, Soup ‘n' Salad and Seafood City, while the Jazz City Cafe', located in Lobby J, seats 100 and features New Orleans-style cuisine, including their signature Bourbon Street Steak Sandwich.

Across the Center's extensive exhibit halls, ballrooms, meeting rooms and lobby areas, the convenience of booth service or the thrill of a themed evening event are available.

Technology
As one of the most technologically powerful Convention Centers in the country, featuring a 10 GIG internet backbone that can claim 100% redundancy, connectivity is never an issue or is any project that can be imagined. As the full-service provider, the Center provides all cabling, networking equipment and support necessary to insure reliable internet connections for your attendees, exhibitors, contractors and staff. The Center’s high quality fiber-optic based Ethernet network distributes service anywhere in the facility.

Production Services (A/V)
An experienced production team plus state-of-the art equipment equals dynamic delivery - for even your most challenging requirements.

From general sessions to the most compelling concert entertainment, satellite links to video teleconferencing and meeting room speaker support with complete presentation options, all inventory and support is available onsite and can be competitively proposed.

Our qualified technicians design, install and operate the house sound systems, featuring the latest technology, to all of the meeting spaces including the 140 meeting rooms, the 12 exhibit halls and the near acoustically perfect theater.

Business Center
Located in Lobby F, the Business Center is self-service or full-service, depending on the customer's needs. Remote business centers can be set up at event registration areas. Hours are tailored to meet the needs of show managers and attendees. A wide range of supplies and services including shipping, high volume copying, faxing, badge chains, etc., are available.
